Customers need to scan a QR code, manually enter the amount and pay using a credit card or a digital wallets.
In case of a payment outage, you can continue serving your customers using the QR code provided to you by Oolio.
Your customers need to follow the steps:
1. Scan QR code
Once you are notified of an outage, your QR codes will be enabled. Your customers need to scan the QR code that has been provided to you by Oolio Pay, to make a manual payment.
2. Enter and verify their details
Your customers will enter their email or phone number, these details act as a verification tool to allow them to make the payment.
3. Enter Amount and Pay
Customers will enter in the amount shown on their receipt or your POS. They can complete the payment via digital wallet or credit card details.
4. Payment Confirmation
Your team verifies the payment amount and confirmation screen to ensure that the payment has been processed immediately from the customer.
