We have two features to ensure that you can continue to transact, incase of network issues or payment outages.
Store and forward is exactly what the name says. If there is downtime, the payment information is stored and when you are back online, the details are forwarded and payment is then taken from the customer once you are online.
The AltPayment feature ensures you take payment at the time of the transaction. Meaning you have no downtime and no paused payments. It is not reliant on you being online. The payment is by scanning a QR code and making a manual payment via the customer's credit card or digital wallet.
