This article takes you through the process of signing up and getting access to the merchant portal.
You’ll need to sign up to create an Oolio Account and be added to your organisation before you can access the Merchant Portal. Follow the steps below to get access,
Signing up for the first time
- Create an Oolio account, you can do that simply by going to oolio.io sign up page and enter details.
- You should have received an invitation from Oolio to join your organisation.
- Open the invite and accept it. You will be added to your organisation.
- Once accepted, go to oolio.io and log into your Oolio Account.
- Navigate to Oolio Pay to enter the Merchant Portal. To access your Merchant Portal, please allow 24-48 hours, after accepting invite.
NOTE: Only trusted users should be granted access to the portal, as it contains transaction data, refund functionality, and sensitive business information.
Can't see your organisation?
If you don’t see your organisation listed after signing in, you might see the below page.
Please ensure that your admin has added you to your organisation or you have accepted the invite sent to you. Allow 24-48 hours to get access. If you still don’t have access, please contact support.
