This article help view your terminal or pinpad passcodes easily from the Merchant Portal.
Steps to view terminal or pinpad passcodes:
- Log into your Oolio Account at oolio.io.
- Navigate to Oolio Pay to open the Merchant Portal.
- Go to Settings > Terminals.
- Each terminal will be listed. Pick the terminal you want to view the passcode for. Under Security, you can view passcodes. If it is blank, then it means there is no passcode set up.
Important Notes:
- Passcodes cannot be changed from the portal. If you need a new passcode, please contact support.
- This portal contains financial information about your business. Ensure only authorised team members have access. If you need to remove access for any existing users, please contact us urgently.
