# What is the Merchant Portal and how do I access it?

## The Merchant Portal is your all-in-one dashboard for managing your Oolio Pay transactions, settlements, transfers, terminal passcodes, and more.

You can also perform refunds and access a suite of real-time reports and dashboards to keep your business running smoothly.

 

**Accessing the Merchant Portal**

To access the portal:

1. Go to [https://oolio.io](https://oolio.io) and log in to your Oolio Account.
2. Click on Oolio Pay to view your Merchant Portal.

**Note**: Only authorised users should have access to the portal as it contains sensitive financial information, allows refund processing, and displays terminal passcodes.
