What are the different access levels for the GBX fleet (including P630 and V660p)?

To support secure and controlled usage of GBX Fleet functionality, access is governed by a tiered user permission structure. Each level determines what actions a user can perform and whether passcode authentication is required.

The GBX Fleet includes the V660p and the P630.

Access Levels Overview

1. Staff
  • No passcode required
  • Lowest level of access
  • Can only perform actions permitted without authentication
2. Cashier
  • Passcode set by the merchant
  • Can perform actions above Staff level within configured limits
  • May be required to authorise certain transactions depending on thresholds
3. Manager
  • Passcode set by the merchant
  • Elevated access compared to Cashier
  • Typically required for higher-risk or higher-value actions
4. Admin
  • Highest level of access
  • Passcode is dynamically generated daily
  • Accessed by authorised Oolio Pay support team members
